ORDERS & SHIPPING POLICIES
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER! 

SHIPPING. All of the items for sale on this site are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fedex Ground. Our standard "free shipping" is UPS Ground. Faster shipping is available upon request and shipping charges will be calculated based upon the weight and size of the product you are purchasing, and the geographic zone in which you live. All products sent UPS are fully insured for their retail value. In some instances (like with overseas packages), it might be necessary to send a product by Insured Parcel Post (USPS). Pallet and bulk orders are sent via common carrier. Please inspect all goods for damage immediately upon receipt. Sorry, but unless special arrangements are made, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Any turnaround-times quoted on the site are based on average turnaround times across all of our production centers. Although we work to ensure the timeliest method of delivery, and the accurate portrayal of turnaround times, BLUESPRINTING.COM reserves the right to make adjustments to turnaround times due to changing market conditions and production delays that were not predictable.  BLUESPRINTING.COM cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond estimated turnaround times as represented on the site.

DAMAGED GOODS. If an item is received damaged or broken, notify the shipper immediately then contact our sales office so that we may remedy the situation. Please retain the tracking numbers and keep all damaged goods / packaging for later inspection by the shipper. Any and all damage claims must be reported to  BLUESPRINTING.COM within 72 hours of delivery. If merchandise is damaged or defective, we will arrange for repair or replacements at our discretion.  BLUESPRINTING.COM is not responsible for any damage not reported within 72 hours of delivery. No Exception. Furthermore, as is standard practice in the printing industry,  BLUESPRINTING.COM is not responsible for typographical errors or color variations, after a proof has been approved. At  BLUESPRINTING.COM, we strive to provide each customer with a pleasant and memorable experience. By inspecting your deliveries and properly documenting any damages and notifying us promptly, you are providing  BLUESPRINTING.COM with the ability to guarantee your satisfaction. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. Shipments to other countries will be subject to additional shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT and other taxes imposed by their respective government. Our customer is directly responsible to pay such duties to their respective regulatory authorities. In case these duties are billed to us we reserve the right to charge the full amount of these taxes to our respective customer.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS & EXCHANGES. When ordering, please review your proofs and read the any text descriptions carefully to confirm exactly what is included in your order. If it appears unclear, please contact us, so that we can provide you with additional information. As all of our products are considered custom orders, once an order is processed, the order cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned or exchanged. We greatly appreciate your understanding! Your order is reviewed for accuracy and verified as soon as it is received. Once we have placed the order at your request, you, our customer, become obligated to complete payment of the purchase price. For that reason, we are unable to accept cancellations, in either whole or part, once the order is placed. All delivered product that is received in good condition is non-returnable; no exceptions. If you do any of the following, it will treated as an unauthorized cancellation of your order, subject to the greater of 1) a cancellation fee of 45% of your order plus actual shipping charges or 2) actual damages incurred by the company which includes additional shipping and lost company profits from the sale: 1) Refuse the delivery appointment of your product or 2) Refuse the shipment because at the time of delivery you see the product and decide it is no longer what you want or 3) Refuse delivery because the product arrives damaged, and rather than give us a chance to fix the problem through replacement, you decide you no longer want it and refuse delivery or 4) Refuse or return any product due to errors in your approved artwork, typographical errors or variations in color or 5) Return the merchandise to the sender without prior authorization.

DELAYS. Most orders are processed the same day they are received. Most orders normally ship out within a few days, items we purchase and resell from third-party vendors within 3-5 days. If shipment has been delayed for any reason, we try our best to notify customers. Though we make every possible effort to honor customer requests, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery dates or times. We urge customers to order far enough in advance if they need an order by a specific date.

However, if you have received confirmation of your order and changes have been made to policies in the meantime, your order will not be affected by any of the changes to our policies. In addition,  BLUESPRINTING.COM reserves the right to make adjustments or corrections to product information due to errors, changing market conditions, discontinuation of a product or typographical or photographic errors.  BLUESPRINTING.COM reserves the right to refuse to process orders shipped to any address or placed through any credit card number at the sole and complete discretion of BLUESPRINTING.COM. Occasionally, there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies –or- omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).  BLUESPRINTING.COM will not be liable or responsible for any such inaccuracies, errors, changes or updates. BLUESPRINTING.COM reserves the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services and to correct any errors in the pricing contained on our website. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill orders at old or erroneous prices.  BLUESPRINTING.COM has attempted to accurately depict the products offered on our website. However, because the depiction of a product is dependent on your computer monitor,  BLUESPRINTING.COM cannot guarantee that such depiction will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Actual colors of products may also differ depending upon your monitor and  BLUESPRINTING.COM is not responsible if the actual product color does not match the color on your monitor.
